Mr. Sachidananda Kini
Managing Director.

Sachidananda Kini serves as President & Chief Executive Officer. He has over thirteen years experience in Supply Chain Management industry with the last ten years as a Consultant to large corporations in Semi-conductor, Hi-tech, Automotive and Consumer Products sector. Before co-founding Unisoft Infotech, he worked for Hewlett Packard PSO (now HP Consulting), Eurolink Systems and HMT Ltd. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of Mysore.

Kini believes that superior delivery capability and higher per capita knowledge would differentiate Unisoft Infotech from its competitors and hence dedicates a large amount of his time in knowledge management and team building. While not at work, he prefers to spend time with his family.

Mr. S.Jayavel
Chief Executive Officer.

Jayavel, an aggressive personality, the Director of Unisoft Educational Services Pvt Ltd, is a Mechanical Engineer, Masters in Business Administration with immense sales & marketing experience.

Jayavel is an extremely rational person who engages in critical evaluation of ideas and issues for UES. As a supporter of technocracy, an ERP Project, Implementation and Training Institution past 5 years. He is an appealing person who works hard to promote an enterprise and gives assistance to the youth of today through education. . He was a sales and marketing manager in automobile industry (Hyundai, Bajaj) for 12 years

Mr. P.Balaji
Executive Director

Mr. P. Balaji is a one of the Founder Directors of the UES. He handles several corporate responsibilities.

Mr. Balaji joined this organization in 2004. He is on the Board of the Company as Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director since November 11, 2008, with overall responsibility of the Finance, Human Resource and Administrations.
